Sunster ("Sunster", "we", "us", "our"), operated by ESCAPE VELOCITY GROUP LIMITED, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have.

It applies when you visit or buy from sunsterbeauty.com, contact our support team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

Identity and contact details: name, email address, postal address, telephone number.

Payment information: card or account details, processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).

Marketing opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us.

10. Region-Specific Information

EEA and UK. If you are in the EEA or UK, the rights above apply to you under the GDPR / UK GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. As a controller established outside the EEA/UK that offers goods to residents there, we will identify any EU and UK representative and supervisory contact where legally required.

California. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to delete or correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Canada. If you are in Canada, you have rights under PIPEDA, including the right to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. Your information may be processed outside Canada, including in Hong Kong and the United States, where it may be accessible to local courts and authorities under local law. If you have an unresolved concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
