Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sunsterbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return unless covered by our 45-day satisfaction guarantee.
