1. Definitions

"The entrepreneur" refers to Sunster, operated by ESCAPE VELOCITY GROUP LIMITED, Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. Registration number: 78457635-000-07-25-6.

"You" or "the customer" refers to the person purchasing products through sunsterbeauty.com.

"Products" refers to all skincare products offered on the website.

2. General

These terms apply to all orders placed through sunsterbeauty.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are listed excluding customs clearance costs and import VAT. These additional costs will be for the account and risk of the customer. The postal and/or courier service will make use of the special arrangement for postal and courier services with respect to the import. This arrangement applies when the goods are imported into the EU country of destination. The postal and/or courier service collects the VAT (whether or not together with the customs clearance costs charged) from the recipient of the goods.

The place of supply, pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, of the Turnover Tax Act 1968 (Wet op de omzetbelasting 1968), is located in the country where the transport begins. In the present case, this supply takes place outside the EU. Following from this, import VAT and/or customs clearance costs will be collected from the customer by the postal or courier service. Consequently, no VAT will be charged by the entrepreneur.

4. Import Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you are acting as the importer of the products into your country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, and for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 6-13 business days. Delivery dates are estimates only. A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been shipped.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Aland Islands, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hong Kong, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Turkey, and the United States.

7. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $XX. Orders below $XX are shipped for a flat fee of $XX.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@sunsterbeauty.com before the deadline.

9. Returns

To initiate a return, contact support@sunsterbeauty.com for return instructions. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

10. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@sunsterbeauty.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

12. Limitation of Liability

The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on sunsterbeauty.com including text, images, and branding is the property of Sunster. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
